Friends Of Ayr Battalion

It's FAB!

The 'Friends of Ayr Battalion' scheme was started during session 2000/2001. It is now in its 24th year and currently has over eighty members. There is a regular newsletter published periodically to keep members up to date with Battalion activities. Our thanks to former editor John Inglis, who has retired from this role as he no longer stays locally. We are currently looking for a new editor to take us forward to issue 100 and beyond.

Membership of 'Friends of Ayr Battalion' is open to all current serving leaders, former members, chaplains and friends. The cost of membership is currently £10 per session which includes regular newsletters on what is happening in the Battalion. The cost for any new member is the same and includes a members badge.

We are always looking for new members to ensure it's continued success. Please contact the Battalion Secretary if you wish to join or know of anyone who would be interested;
