Piper for hire and on a mission

Local Alloway piper Liam Mathieson with the help of 1st Alloway Boys Brigade have set a joint target to help raise cash for the companies Boys Brigade Church of Scotland World mission fund.

Alloway Boys Brigade have supported this charity faithfully for many years and this year is no exception. This years mission is to help ensure the "Making Bricks for Ghana" appeal reaches its designated appeal target and with the assistance of Liam and our other junior and anchor boy fundraising events we will strive to do so.... But only with your support and help....

Liam is a we'll kent face within the local area and is known from Solo piping as the Queens Jubilee piper to playing with Ayr Pipe Band , church events and weddings including Burns suppers and social events . Liam is now taking bookings to play at any of these and all who take up this opportunity over this forthcoming year will not only enjoy listening to the swirl off the pipes and fine Scottish music but will have the added peace of mind knowing that the money donated from the Boys Brigade at the end of the session will help build the much needed homes for families of this third world country.

We look forward to your support.
